Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that time and clients miss the opportunity to receive services. Therefore, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required, otherwise, the client is responsible for full payment of the Lesson. Lessons cancelled with appropriate notice will be rescheduled. In the case of an emergency, the lesson will be held online or rescheduled at the Teacher's discretion.
If a Lesson is cancelled under 24 hours and the Teacher agrees to reschedule, the rescheduled lesson cannot be cancelled, even with appropriate notice. If the client still decides to cancel the rescheduled lesson, the client is responsible for full payment of the Lesson.
If the Teacher is unable to give any scheduled Lesson, the Lesson will be arranged for another date.
To maintain a healthy environment, students exhibiting symptoms of illness should not attend in-person lessons.
If at any point you decide to permanently change your lesson day/time, discontinue lessons, or not renew a lesson package, you must give at least two weeks advance notice. Once you forfeit your time slot, it becomes available to others, and there is no guarantee you will regain the same slot.
