We know life happens! While we don't offer tuition credits for absences, you can schedule one makeup "Guest Spot" in another age-appropriate class during the same session! Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

If there are spots left in the class, absolutely! We will prorate the tuition for the remaining weeks. Send us an email at info@kx2music.com (mailto:info@kx2music.com)to receive a custom registration link & invoice.

For Uke Squad and Six String, we recommend bringing your own so you can practice at home! If you don’t have one yet, let us know—we have a limited number of studio instruments available for use during class. We can rent an insturment to you or recommend one for purchase as well.

Yes! Every session concludes with a "Final Performance" during the last class. It’s a low-pressure way for students to share their progress with friends and family.

We have a designated waiting room for parents! To help our students stay focused and build independence, we ask that parents drop off students at the studio room. We always hold a "Final Showcase" during the last class so you can see what we've been working on!
